Baby Sign Language: Carrot

Carrots are a healthy food for young children. Teach your baby the sign for the word carrot in baby sign language with the following description and video.

Carrot

Form the hand into a fist. Twist the fist by the side of the mouth to imitate the motion of chewing on a carrot.

 

Form the hand into the signed number 1. Form the other hand into a fist with the thumb protruding. Rub the thumb on the back of the index finger down and up three times.
