Rubber Ducky Diaper: From Poppy Cloth by The Parenting Patch

My daughter loves rubber duckies! For her birthday and for Christmas, my husband and I are getting her a couple dozen rubber ducks from Oriental Trading. In the meanwhile, though, she can proclaim her love of rubber duckies on her bum with a custom handmade design. I recently discovered that I could hand paint designs onto my diapers just as I used to hand paint shirts when I was in high school. I have since been going a little crazy decorating my cloth diapers.

My most recent creation is a rubber ducky design on my mac n cheese FuzziBunz. To customize the diaper for my daughter, I simply created a template using a printable coloring page of a ducky. I then traced the design onto the bum of the diaper using a pencil and then painted the design on by hand. Voila! An adorable rubber ducky design to proclaim my daughter’s love of the cute little toys.
