    I love baking. During the holidays, I bake dozens of cookies for my family and friends. I also enjoy baking fresh vegetables for my family. Recently I discovered the tastiness of baked chick peas. I, however, do not enjoy scraping burnt food off of my baking sheets. I do use healthy oils sometimes when cooking my food, especially veggies, but cleaning burnt on oil off my pans is also a pain. Thus, when recently offered the chance to review some Boolik EasyRoll parchment paper in exchange for my honest opinion, I eagerly accepted the opportunity to make baking and cleanup a little easier.

    Price and Design

    A roll of Boolik EasyRoll parchment paper currently costs $9.99 on Amazon. The roll measures 15 inches by 33 feet for a total of 42 square feet. Made with FDA-approved material, the durable parchment paper is ideal for cooking, baking, sushi rolling, food wrapping, and more. The EasyRoll parchment paper by Boolik has extra layers of silicone that make the paper non-stick. The roll comes in a specially-designed thick carton box with a built-in sharp cutter for maximum stability and effortless cutting.

    Performance

    I previously have lined my baking sheets with aluminum foil but have found that I prefer parchment paper when baking cookies and other sweets. I especially like that parchment paper offers me a non-stick surface without needing to add extra butter or oil. Parchment paper works especially well when baking cookies. I immediately started testing my roll of EasyRoll parchment paper by Boolik with vegetables, bread, and cookies.

    What I first noticed about the EasyRoll parchment paper is the large size. Most of my other rolls of foil and paper measure only 12 inches across. The Boolik parchment paper measures 13 inches across, meaning it fits across pretty much every size baking sheet. I especially like that I can cover an entire baking sheet, bottom and sides, with a single sheet of the EasyRoll parchment paper. Even when food touches the sides of my baking sheet, I do not have to worry about anything sticking because the parchment paper fully covers the pan!

    In addition to the large size, the EasyRoll parchment paper by Boolik is incredibly non-stick. I bake a lot of vegetables in the oven, and, even when I use plenty of olive oil, some of the veggies inevitably overcook and stick to my baking sheet. With this parchment paper, I can use less oil and still not have my food stick to my pan! Cubes of zucchini, potatoes, carrots, and more slide effortlessly off the parchment paper. Cookies, too, pop right off my cookie sheets without sticking at all when I use my Boolik EasyRoll parchment paper. The parchment works up to 464°F, so I can bake pretty much all my favorite cookies and other foods without anything sticking to the pan.

    Finally, I love that I can use a single sheet of the EasyRoll parchment paper by Boolik multiple times. When I am baking cookies, I can slide one batch of baked cookies off the paper and cook another batch on the same parchment. The Boolik brand is definitely thicker than other brands that I have previously tried, making for a much more durable parchment paper. I can also use the paper between layers of cookies that I freeze. Tearing smaller pieces of paper off the roll is super easy with the heavy-duty box and cutting blade. I honestly cannot find any faults with the Boolik EasyRoll parchment paper, and I plan to buy a second roll once cookie baking season begins!

    Final Verdict

    If you are an avid baker or prepare a lot of food in your oven, I highly recommend the EasyRoll parchment paper by Boolik. Made with FDA-approved material, the durable parchment paper is ideal for cooking, baking, sushi rolling, food wrapping, and more. The roll measures 15 inches by 33 feet for a total of 42 square feet, which allows me to cover an entire baking sheet, bottom and sides, with a single sheet. This parchment paper also has extra layers of silicone that make the surface non-stick. Cookies, vegetables, and other baked foods slide right off without sticking to my baking sheet! I finally love that I can use a single sheet this paper multiple times, which makes cookie baking so much more convenient. I therefore highly recommend the Boolik EasyRoll parchment paper!
