As a mom of two young children, I am always looking for the best deal possible to save money on everything that I buy. The mission at Groupon is to connect local commerce, increasing consumer buying power while driving more business to local merchants through price and discovery. Groupon seeks to improve the shopping experiences of both merchants and customers. As a budget-conscious parent, I love that Groupon Goods offers me fabulous money saving deals on all types of goods from home and garden to baby and kid products and more!

Using Groupon to save money is incredibly easy. If you are simply window shopping, you can browse all the sales by scrolling through the list of deals. I immediately saw some bento lunch boxes and a personalized adult coloring book that caught my eye. The bento boxes were marked down by 30% from $39.99 to only $27.99. If you bought a set of two, you saved even more money with 37% off! The personalized adult coloring book was a full 50% off, marked down to just $9.99 from $19.99.

If you are shopping for more specific items, you can also browse the Groupon website by category. For example, I clicked on the Baby, Kids & Toys category and then narrowed my search down to Books, Music & Movies. I am always looking for books, workbooks, and other supplies to use with my kids during homeschool lessons. I immediately found deals on so many awesome materials. The A Shakespeare Children’s Story Boxed Set (20-Book) in particular caught my eye. At 79% off, I could get twenty Shakespeare plays rewritten in narrative form for just $29.99 to share with my kids.

In addition to browsing by categories, you can also search Groupon by keyword. I am always looking for book sets for my kids. I believe that one can never have enough books. Plus, as a homeschooling mom, I love having plenty of books around to read during lessons. My daughter also loves to read by herself. By doing a search on Groupon for “book set,” I found a couple dozen sets of books perfect to share with my kids. Even better, I could save a pocketful of money by making my purchases through Groupon!
