Cooking a Roast Duck: Wordless Wednesday

Roast duck is a delicious delicacy for a special meal. When I prepared a duck for Christmas last December, I stuck an orange inside for moisture and flavor and sprinkled some sea salt on the skin. I then roasted the duck covered in my oven at 350º until the internal temperature of the meat reached 165º. Here is my Christmas duck from raw to roasted.
