iTECHOR Anti-Burst Balance Stability Fitness Ball with Air Pump Review

iTECHOR Anti-Burst Balance Stability Fitness Ball with Air Pump Review

I have always loved exercise balls. My husband even bought me an adult-sized sit-and-bounce a few years ago. I also enjoy doing yoga to maintain my strength and flexibility. Thus, when recently offered the chance to review the anti-burst balance stability fitness ball with air pump from iTECHOR, I eagerly accepted the opportunity to add a new element to my fitness routine.

    Price

The anti-burst balance stability fitness ball with air pump from iTECHOR $35.99 with a sale price of $24.99 on Amazon. Other similar balance balls cost approximately the same price, with some a little more and some a little less. My slightly larger sit-and-bounce cost about $20, so, while I findthe sale price a bit on the expensive side, the sale price is more reasonable.

    Performance

I frequently sit on my sit-and-bounce while working at my computer or watching television. Stability balls encage the core muscles, which stabilize the spine, pelvis, and shoulders. Having a strong core enhances balance and stability throughout the entire body. My core is both strong and flexible, even after having given birth to two babies within the past four years, and I aim to maintain my core strength and flexibility for the rest of my life. I thus focus on core strengthening exercises when I consciously engage in fitness activities.

Inflating the anti-burst balance stability fitness ball with air pump from iTECHOR is very easy with the included pump. Start by attaching the tube to the pump and then the white cusp of the tube to the inflating hole on the ball. Next pump the ball by repeatedly stepping on the air pump. You can also squeeze the pump with your hand, which I found easier than using my foot. (My son also liked to help push down on the pump. Once the ball is full of air, quickly remove the pump and replace it with a white gas lock to seal in the air. iTECHOR claims that inflation takes approximately two minutes, and I concur. I did not time myself, but I was able to inflate the entire ball in a matter of minutes, even with my toddler son “helping.” I therefore rate this exercise very highly in terms of ease of inflation.

In addition to the ease of inflation, I also rate the anti-burst balance stability fitness ball with air pump from iTECHOR extremely highly in terms of quality. I have two young children, two small dogs, and a cat running around my house. My toddler and preschooler especially like playing with my exercise ball. My daughter likes to try to stand and balance on the huge ball, and my son is not always gentle with toys. Despite the abuse that this exercise ball has experienced (which includes my son writing on the side with a ballpoint pen), no holes or tears have yet developed. The material is quite thick compared to other balls that I have used. I also appreciate the high weight limit of this ball, which is a whopping 330 pounds. Both my husband, who weights around 200 pounds, and I at 110 pounds can use the iTECHOR anti-burst balance stability fitness ball with air pump.
