Lilla Rose Hair Accessories Review

Between my daughter and me, my family owns quite the little store of hair accessories. My toddler daughter loves her long hair, which she has grown down to halfway down her back. I am currently working on growing out her bangs as well. I have super short hair at the moment but have had long styles as well and many lengths in between. Thus, when Emily Passaro offered me a chance to review some hair accessories from Lilla Rose, I eagerly accepted the opportunity.

Lilla Rose Hair Accessories

I received two signature Lilla Rose Flexi Hair Clips, a hairband, and a set of bobby pins. The Divinely Framed Jewel Flexi Hair Clip in the mini size retails for $13. The Fairy Aurora Borealis Flexi Hair Clip in the extra small size also retails for $13. The Etched Clusters hairband retails for $17. The Hawaiian Flower bobby pins retail for $9.

My daughter has long hair that I often style up for her. Because she is a toddler, her hair is currently baby fine. The mini Flexi Hair Clip works perfectly to hold up hair up in the back. I can even style her hair in a number of different twists to keep the strands up off her shoulders. Using the Flexi Hair Clip is also extremely easy, which is important with a toddler on the go. I simply pop open the clip, twist her hair, insert the clip in her hair, and then close the clip. Easy peasy! Plus the Lilla Rose Flexi Hair Clip is gentle on her hair, never pulling or tearing strands of hair. The extra small size will also work on my daughter as she gets older and her hair becomes thicker. Lilla Rose also offer larger sizes that work for any hair type.

I personally love the hairband from Lilla Rose that I received. My hair is cropped short in the back and is longer in the front, giving me a short hairstyle that is still fairly feminine. Wearing the simply but pretty Etched Clusters hairband gives me an even more girly look. For example, I wore the hairband with a dress to a recent baptism, and I looked absolutely adorable (if I do say so myself). With a strap on the back, the hairband is easy to adjust to any head size. I also liked the that the beads offered some traction. I have super fine hair, and headbands often slip out. With the Lilla Rose headband, I did not have any problems with slippage.

With my slightly longer hair in the front, I am also loving the set of bobby pins from Lilla Rose that I received. My front hair sometimes gets into my eyes, which can be annoying on hotter days. I have been using one of the set of bobby pins to keep my bangs pushed to the side. The flower of the Hawaiian Flower bobby pins is again simple but pretty, offering me a feminine touch. And, as with the headband, I have not had problems with the bobby pin slipping out of my super fine hair.

Final Verdict: I love the Divinely Framed Jewel Flexi Hair Clip, Fairy Aurora Borealis Flexi Hair Clip, Etched Clusters hairband, and Hawaiian Flower bobby pins that I received from Lilla Rose. The Flexi Hair Clip works perfectly in my toddler daughter’s baby-fine hair without causing any damage to her locks. With my super short hair, both the hairband and bobby clips offer me a feminine touch while staying put in my hair. If you are looking for some simple but pretty hair accessories, I highly recommend checking out the Lilla Rose store from Emily Passaro.
