Parents Outraged by Baby Bikini Onesie at Gordman’s

Parents are outraged at Gordman’s over a new baby onesie featuring a female body wearing a bikini, reports Action News 5.

Said parent Cathryn McKee when asked about the baby bikini onesie, “I don’t think it’s appropriate for a small child. I just think that is a little ridiculous that you would put that on your child.”

The controversial bikini is meant for an eighteen-month-old girl, according to the labeling. As another parent chimed in, “I feel it’s very inappropriate for an 18-month-old girl.”

However, not all parents are quite so up in arms. Said parent Jeannie Stanley, “I just think people overreact to stupid stuff I just don’t take offense to that at all.”

As the news channel points out, toddlers do not go shopping for their own clothes. Parents and other caregivers pick out the clothing that young children wear. Thus, the parents who are outraged and offended can simply not buy the baby bikini onesie.
