What a great resource! Our daughter goes to Montessori preschool and it’s been wonderful as they encourage the children to eat healthy organic vegetarian meals. As she enters the public school district this Fall, I’m really concerned about the transition to “regular food” – the menu is chock full of burgers, pancakes for lunch, etc. It’s one thing to eat these in moderation, but without guidance I can see that it would be very easy for a child to indulge in red light foods consistently
