ESRB Age Rating Summary:
Little Nightmares Complete Edition is rated T for Teen by the ESRB with Blood and Violence. This is an adventure platformer in which players assume the role of Six, a girl who must escape a nightmarish world called the Maw. As players traverse the environment, they can run, jump, climb, and sneak around to avoid leaches and corrupted souls (large human-like enemies). Getting caught usually results in Six's death: corrupted souls eating her whole; a corrupted chef putting her inside an oven/pot; leeches strangling Six to death. One sequence depicts a pool of blood around a fallen boss after Six attacks her out of hunger. A hanging corpse and various blood stains are also depicted in some environments.

Parental Notes
The sentiment among parents is mostly negative when it comes to letting younger kids play Little Nightmares: Complete Edition. The game does not contain profanity, but it includes intense and graphic violence, such as characters being eaten, strangled, or cooked. The dark and eerie atmosphere is further emphasized by disturbing imagery, including bloodstains and a hanging corpse. The horror elements and mature themes make it more suitable for older teens, with many parents recommending it for those 13 and older. The game’s unsettling tone and grotesque creatures contribute to a chilling experience that may not be appropriate for younger audiences.
Why Your Kid Might Like Little Nightmares: Complete Edition
