About The Parenting Patch
The Parenting Patch: Where Parents Grow is a website about parenting including a blog, news, reviews, recipes, and information including baby sign language and a week by week pregnancy calendar that was founded in September 2011 by Heather and James, a husband and wife team who were soon-to-be first-time parents. The mission of The Parenting Patch is to share the parenting experience with preconception, conception, pregnancy, birth, and parenting with other parents, bloggers, and other interested bystanders. Hot topics are widely discussed.
The Parenting Patch is pro-breastfeeding, pro-vaccination, pro-homebirth, pro-co-sleeping/pro-bed-sharing, anti-ultrasound, and anti-circumcision. All other viewpoints (expect pro-circumcision and anti-vaccine) are welcomed. The Parenting Patch encourages respectable debate and discussion.
