Peppa Pig and her family are heading to the big screen for Festive Fun with Peppa, a special theatrical experience celebrating baby Evie’s first Christmas. The hour-long event begins screening November 14, 2026, in more than 2,400 cinemas across 17 markets, with tickets already available.
The official Hasbro announcement promises a festive celebration featuring snowy adventures, Christmas-tree decorating and treasured family memories. The event is presented in partnership with Trafalgar Releasing.
Hasbro’s Kim Boyd said, “There’s nothing like sharing the magic of the winter season with the people (and pigs!) you love most.” The company describes the experience as a welcoming outing designed especially for preschoolers and their families.
Seven Holiday Episodes, Four New Songs and a Growing Family
Rather than a conventional feature-length movie, Festive Fun with Peppa combines seven classic holiday-themed episodes into a new cinematic experience celebrating Evie’s first Christmas. The program also includes four brand-new songs designed to get young audiences singing and dancing.
The event weaves the familiar episodes into a story about the family’s newest member and their first festive season together. Peppa, George, Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig reflect on holiday traditions as they welcome Evie into their celebrations.
Evie’s arrival in 2025 marked a major development in the long-running preschool franchise, following storylines about Mummy Pig’s pregnancy and the family preparing for a new baby. The cinema event continues that narrative, giving young fans another opportunity to see Peppa and George adjust to life as older siblings.
What Makes This Peppa Pig Special Different?
Unlike watching individual episodes at home, this cinema event brings familiar holiday adventures and new music together for a shared big-screen experience. Its 60-minute runtime also makes it a manageable first cinema outing for many preschoolers.
The special centers on the milestone of Evie’s first Christmas. That family-focused theme gives longtime viewers a continuation of the story while keeping the festive activities accessible to younger children.
For parents, the event offers an opportunity to make a holiday outing feel special without committing to a full-length animated film. Families should check local cinema listings for participating theaters and showtimes.
