St. Patrick’s Day is less than a month away. My kids and I love decorating for each holiday of the year, and I love making wreaths to display on the doors of my home. While putting away my holiday decorations, I came across a long strand of gold beads that I never used. Inspired by my recent winter snowflake wreath in which I used a long strand of clear beads, I decided to use the gold beads on a sparkly St. Patrick’s Day wreath. I also adorned the festive wreath with foam shamrocks, plastic gold coins, and St. Patrick’s Day stickers that I picked up at the Dollar Tree.

Materials

• Foam wreath
• Holographic green duct tape
• Gold bead strand
• Green sparkle ribbon
• Foam shamrocks
• Plastic gold coins
• St. Patrick’s Day stickers
• Hot glue

Instructions

1. Wrap the duct tape around the foam wreath.
2. Wrap the gold bead strand around the taped wreath.
3. Secure the bead strand to the back of the wreath with hot glue.
4. Tie and glue a piece of green sparkle ribbon around the foam circle from which to hang the wreath.
5. Glue the foam shamrocks, gold coins, stickers, and jewel flowers onto the wreath.
6. Display the duct tape St. Patrick’s Day wreath craft.
