    Easy Broccoli Soup Recipe


    • Easy Broccoli Soup12 ounces of broccoli
    • 15 ounces of potatoes
    • 2 cups of water
    • 3 tablespoons of minced garlic
    • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
    • salt
    • pepper


    1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
    2. Cook over high heat until boiling.
    3. Reduce the heat. Simmer over low heat until the broccoli softens.
    4. Use an immersion blender or blender to puree the broccoli and potato mixture.
    5. Serve hot.
    6. Refrigerate any uneaten easy broccoli soup.
