Ingredients
12 ounces of broccoli
- 15 ounces of potatoes
- 2 cups of water
- 3 tablespoons of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- Cook over high heat until boiling.
- Reduce the heat. Simmer over low heat until the broccoli softens.
- Use an immersion blender or blender to puree the broccoli and potato mixture.
- Serve hot.
- Refrigerate any uneaten easy broccoli soup.
