Parents who purchased a HALO Magic Sleepsuit should check their baby’s sleepwear immediately. About 45,000 HALO Magic Sleepsuits have been recalled after reports that the zipper head can detach from the garment, creating a potential choking hazard for infants.

The recall was announced on March 5, 2026, and involves specific batch codes of the popular infant sleep garment sold through major retailers and online stores.

What Product Is Being Recalled?

The recall affects HALO Magic Sleepsuits with batch codes:

  • PO30592
  • PO30641
  • PO30685

The sleepsuits included in the recall feature a shell and lining made from 100% cotton with 100% polyester fill. The garment includes double zippers running down each side of the front and was sold in multiple colors and in small and large sizes.

Parents can identify the recalled product by looking for “HALO Magic Sleepsuit” printed on the front of the garment. The batch code and “Made in India” are printed on the sewn-in label inside the sleepsuit and on the hang tag attached to the outside of the garment.
