Synopsis:

In How to Train Your Dragon, young Viking Hiccup lives on the island of Berk, where battling dragons is a way of life. Despite his father's expectations, Hiccup is more interested in inventing gadgets than fighting. During a dragon raid, he captures a rare Night Fury dragon but can't bring himself to kill it. Instead, he befriends the dragon, naming it Toothless. As their friendship grows, Hiccup learns more about dragons and discovers they are not the fearsome creatures everyone believes them to be. Meanwhile, the village prepares for a final battle against the dragons, unaware of the bond Hiccup has formed with Toothless. Hiccup must find a way to convince his people that dragons can be allies, not enemies, while navigating the challenges of being a young Viking in a world where tradition reigns supreme.
