Synopsis:

In Planet 51, astronaut Captain Charles "Chuck" Baker lands on what he believes is an uninhabited planet, only to discover it's home to little green aliens living in a 1950s-style world. The aliens are terrified of Chuck, thinking he's part of an alien invasion. Chuck befriends a young alien named Lem, who helps him navigate this strange world.
