Orange, clove, and chocolate are three flavors that I associate with the Christmas season. A few years ago, I began experimenting with cake mix cookies. I came up with a simple and festive spiced orange crinkle that I made with an orange cake mix. For a new twist on the cookie, I skipped rolling the cookies in powdered sugar before baking and instead plopped a chocolate Kiss in the center of the baked cookie. The three flavors together are all Christmas!
