80%A Cute Little Show With A Very Positive Message
When my daughter was a preschooler, she loved the original Vampirina TV show. I thought this show was going to more closely mimic that series but what we got instead was a charming little TV series about accepting people for their differences, learning to build relationships, and a bit of "coming of age" storytelling that doesn't feel heavy handed. I've always been a fan of the whimsy assocaited with children's programming and I would honestly watch this series on my own just to see where the characters end up.
Pros
- A Coming of Age story that isn't heavy-handed
- Unique fun characters that my kids love
- Plenty of laughs
Cons
- Can be a bit predictable (maybe for adults more than children)
