WWE and Disney are taking their partnership to the next level, bringing professional wrestling and Marvel superheroes together for a two-day event at Walt Disney World in December. The expanded collaboration will feature two major wrestling shows, exclusive merchandise and opportunities for fans to interact with WWE Superstars.

WWE will take over ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex near Orlando, Florida, on December 14 and 15, 2026. The partnership will feature the inaugural John Cena Classic and an Avengers: Doomsday-themed edition of WWE’s Worlds Collide.

The collaboration also includes WWE World, a two-day fan experience organized by WWE and Fanatics. Families attending can look forward to exclusive merchandise, photo opportunities and autograph sessions with WWE Superstars.

The partnership builds on an agreement launched in 2025, when ESPN became the exclusive domestic home of WWE Premium Live Events for ESPN Unlimited subscribers. The new events extend that relationship into live entertainment and Disney-themed merchandise.

What Is the John Cena Classic?

The first-ever John Cena Classic will take place Monday, December 14, bringing together established WWE stars from Raw and SmackDown with up-and-coming wrestlers from NXT.

One distinctive feature is that fans will help determine the night’s top Superstar. Members of Club WWE will vote in real time for their favorite performances, with the winner receiving the event’s top honor.

The special edition of Monday Night Raw will stream live on Netflix. The event gives younger WWE fans an opportunity to see established performers alongside the next generation of wrestling talent.

Worlds Collide Brings WWE and Marvel Together

The second event, Worlds Collide, will take place Tuesday, December 15, and feature an Avengers: Doomsday theme. Wrestlers from WWE, NXT and Mexico’s AAA promotion will participate in the crossover event.

The timing is particularly notable, as Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday is scheduled to arrive in U.S. theaters on December 18. WWE and Disney will also release co-branded merchandise, including Avengers-themed championship belts, through WWE World, WWEShop.com and select Disney retail stores.

Two-day combo tickets go on presale November 12 at 10 a.m. ET, with general sales beginning November 13 at the same time through Ticketmaster. More details about the events and family fan experiences are expected in the coming weeks.
