Corn Dog Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • Eating the Corn Dog Bite1 box of corn muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 hot dogs

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°.
  2. Place liners in a muffin pan.
  3. Whisk the egg in a medium bowl.
  4. Add the milk to the egg.
  5. Add the corn muffin mix to the milk and egg.
  6. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Chop the hot dogs into small pieces
  8. Add the chopped hot dogs to the corn muffin batter.
  9. Pour the batter into the lined muffin pan. Fill the liners to 1/2 full.
  10. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Allow the corn dog bites to cool slightly before serving.
  12. Serve warm.
  13. Refrigerate any uneaten corn dog bites.
