Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°.
- Place liners in a muffin pan.
- Whisk the egg in a medium bowl.
- Add the milk to the egg.
- Add the corn muffin mix to the milk and egg.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Chop the hot dogs into small pieces
- Add the chopped hot dogs to the corn muffin batter.
- Pour the batter into the lined muffin pan. Fill the liners to 1/2 full.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the corn dog bites to cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm.
- Refrigerate any uneaten corn dog bites.
