Kailyn Lowry recently opened up about how her seven children are bonding with her boyfriend, Isaac “Ike” Knighton.
In a recent interview, the Karma & Chaos host heaped praise on her boyfriend, saying he has somehow become the calm in the chaos in her life with seven kids and three podcasts.
“My kids love him… So, he really just fit seamlessly,” Lowry said.
The 34-year-old revealed Knighton has found his place in her family, adding, “But also, one of my sons, Creed, they call each other ‘twin’ and it’s just the cutest thing.”
“You would think seven kids is so chaotic that how could anyone take this on? But he fit right in,” Lowry acknowledged.
Kailyn Lowry Revealed Her Marriage Plans
The American media personality also talked about her plans of walking down the aisle.
“I want to be a wife one day. I let him know pretty early on that I’m not interested in, you know, five-plus years and no movement on our relationship,” she explained.
Lowry revealed that she had told Knighton about investing two years into their relationship and discussed how she would like to see their relationship evolve.
“I think it was like, ‘This is my timeline. I would like to invest two years. And if it’s not gonna go anywhere beyond this two years and we’re still dating, it’s fine. Not everyone is on my timeline. But this is what I want,” she continued.
The pair have known each other since 2009.
Kailyn Lowry Wants Her Kids To Have a ‘Stepfather’
Lowry stressed that she would like her children to have a stepfather in the future.
“I want to have a husband… I want my kids to have a stepfather. I want to build with someone and actually have this life together,” the Teen Mom star added.
She also talked about her dream engagement ring and whether she would continue her relationship after her two-year deadline is up.
“I just don’t know that that’s what’s going to happen,” she remarked.
Notably, Lowry first went public with Knighton in mid-2025, just months after her breakup with ex-fiancé Elijah Scott.
The Crashing Out with Kail star also praised her boyfriend for being a logical thinker.
“I sometimes get sassy and then he handles it very well. I’m the sassy one and he’s the logical thinker that doesn’t let things seep into the other,” she added.

Lowry has seven kids. Elliott, 16, is her eldest son with ex Jo Rivera. She shares the 12-year-old Lincoln with her former husband, Javi Marroquin.
The TV personality shares two sons, Lux, 9 and Creed, 6, with her ex, Chris Lopez. She is also a mother to 4-year-old Rio and nearly 3-year-old twins Verse and Valley with her ex-fiancé, Scott.
