My children enjoy attending classes at the local children’s museum. For one of her classes last spring, my daughter brought home a simple but fun paper bag house craft.
Materials
- Brown paper bag
- Construction paper
- Markers
- Newspaper
- Stapler
- Glue
Directions
- Fill the paper bag three-fourths full with crumpled newspaper.
- Cut squares and rectangles from the construction paper.
- Decorate the squares and rectangles with the markers to create doors and windows.
- Attach the doors and windows to the paper bag with glue.
- Fold a full sheet of construction paper in half.
- Attach the folded sheet of paper to the top of the paper bag with staples to form a roof.
