- Mill enough All-Bran cereal into flour to fill 1 cup.
- Mill 1 cup of oatmeal.
- Combine the milled cereal and oatmeal in a mixing bowl.
- Add the creamy peanut butter to the flour mixture.
- Stir the peanut butter and flour mixture thorough to create a thick dough.
- Roll the dough into balls.
- Refrigerate the peanut butter fiber balls to extend the shelf-life.
