Storyline

In this episode, Baby Shark and his superhero friends in the Fishy Force receive exciting news: they've been invited to their very first big television interview. Eager to make a great impression and live up to the heroic image they've built, the team decides they need to prepare by training just like the comic book heroes they admire. The group looks to their favorite superhero stories for inspiration on how real heroes should act and present themselves to the public.

Throughout the episode, the Fishy Force members work on developing the qualities they believe make a superhero truly super. They practice heroic poses, rehearse confident speeches, and try to embody the larger-than-life characteristics of their comic book idols. As the training day progresses, the young heroes learn what it really means to be themselves while still being heroic, discovering that authenticity matters just as much as bravery when it comes to inspiring others.

What kids learn

This episode teaches children about the importance of preparation and practice when facing new or intimidating situations. Young viewers see the Fishy Force take their upcoming interview seriously and put in effort to be ready, modeling how thoughtful preparation can build confidence. The episode shows that it's natural to feel nervous about big moments and that working together with friends to get ready can make challenges feel more manageable.

Children also learn valuable lessons about authenticity and self-confidence. While the Fishy Force initially tries to imitate their comic book heroes, the episode guides them toward understanding that being genuine is more important than putting on a performance. Kids see that real heroes don't have to be perfect or match an idealized image—they can be themselves while still being brave and inspiring.

The episode reinforces positive messages about teamwork and mutual support. The Fishy Force members help each other through their training, demonstrating how friends can build each other up and practice together to face new experiences. This collaborative approach shows children that asking for help and working as a team are strengths, not weaknesses.
