Storyline
When Captain Man refuses to pay for expensive artwork he accidentally destroyed during a superhero mission, he goes on strike and stops protecting Swellview. His refusal to compensate the artist creates a standoff with city officials, leaving the town vulnerable without its primary defender. The vice mayor, frustrated by Captain Man's stubbornness and the city's need for protection, decides to take action by appointing a replacement hero.
