Baked Garlic Cauliflower Recipe


  • Baked Garlic Cauliflower1 cauliflower (purple cauliflower pictured)
  • olive oil
  • minced garlic
  • black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  2. Remove the stem from the cauliflower.
  3. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  4. Place the cauliflower florets in a medium bowl.
  5. Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil.
  6. Season the cauliflower with minced garlic and black pepper to taste.
  7. Spread the seasoned cauliflower on an ungreased baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly cooked.
  9. Serve hot.
  10. Refrigerate any uneaten baked garlic cauliflower.
