Cauliflower Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower Fried Rice1 cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup of peas
  • 1/2 cup of diced carrots
  • 8 diced green onions
  • soy sauce
  • salt

Directions

  1. Remove the stem from the cauliflower.
  2. Grind the cauliflower in a food processor until finely ground into cauliflower rice.
  3. Boil the ground cauliflower rice in some water until the water disappears.
  4. Combine the cooked cauliflower rice, peas, diced carrots, and green onions in a sauté pan.
  5. Add soy sauce and salt to taste.
  6. Cook over low heat until hot.
  7. Serve the cauliflower fried rice hot.
  8. Refrigerate any uneaten cauliflower fried rice.
