- Remove the stem from the cauliflower.
- Grind the cauliflower in a food processor until finely ground into cauliflower rice.
- Boil the ground cauliflower rice in some water until the water disappears.
- Combine the cooked cauliflower rice, peas, diced carrots, and green onions in a sauté pan.
- Add soy sauce and salt to taste.
- Cook over low heat until hot.
- Serve the cauliflower fried rice hot.
- Refrigerate any uneaten cauliflower fried rice.
