- Cover the eggs in water in a medium pan.
- Cook the eggs until hardboiled.
- Allow the hardboiled eggs to cool completely.
- Peel the shells from the eggs.
- Cut the eggs in half.
- Remove the yolks from the whites.
- Combine the yolks with the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and paprika to taste.
- Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve cold.
- Refrigerate any uneaten deviled eggs.
