Creamy Paprika Pork Recipe

I have been cooking at home for my family more in recent weeks. However, we are getting tired of the same old recipes, so I have been experimenting with new flavors. I had some pork on hand a few days ago, and I made a delicious creamy paprika pork that my family loved.

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion
  • 2 pounds of lean pork
  • 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of paprika
  • 1 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 8 ounces of low-fat cream cheese

Directions

  1. Slice the onion.
  2. Dice the pork.
  3. Spray the bottom of a large frying pan with cooking spray.
  4. Cook the sliced onion in the frying pan over medium heat until softened.
  5. Add the minced garlic and paprika to the onions.
  6. Cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Add the diced pork to the onions.
  8. Stir the pork until thoroughly cooked.
  9. Add the chicken broth to the pan and bring to a simmer.
  10. Add the cream cheese to the mixture and stir thoroughly.
  11. Serve the creamy paprika pork hot over pasta or rice.
  12. Refrigerate any uneaten creamy paprika pork.
