    Easy Fruit Pizza Recipe

    Ingredients

    • Easy Fruit Pizza 11 16.5-ounce roll of refrigerated sugar cookie dough
    • 8 ounces of cream cheese
    • 1/3 cup of white sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
    • fruit slices
    • jelly

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
    2. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
    3. Roll the cookie dough thinly onto the baking sheet using a rolling pin.
    4. Bake the cookie dough for 16 to 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
    5. Allow the baked sugar cookie to cool thoroughly.
    6. Easy Fruit Pizza 2Combine the cream cheese, white sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until fluffy.
    7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled sugar cookie.
    8. Arrange the fruit slices on the cream cheese mixture.
    9. Microwave the jelly until melted.
    10. Drizzle the melted jelly over the fruit.
    11. Refrigerate until chilled.
    12. Slice and serve cold.
    13. Refrigerate any uneaten fruit pizza.
