Garlic Sriracha Cheddar Cheese Crisps Recipe


  • Garlic Sriracha Cheddar Cheese Crisps8 ounces of cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic sriracha powder


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  2. Coarsely grate the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Combine the grated cheese with the garlic sriracha powder. Adjust the garlic sriracha powder to taste.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  5. Form small mounds of the cheese mixture on the baking sheet, leaving at least an inch between each mound.
  6. Bake the cheese for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Allowed the baked cheese to cool thoroughly.
  8. Remove the garlic sriracha powder cheddar cheese crisps from the baking sheet.
  9. Store any uneaten crisps in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
