Christian Bale recently made a rare public comment about his daughter, Luka Bale making a name for herself in the modeling and photography world.
At the premiere of his new movie, Madden in Los Angeles on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, the actor shared that he is proud of his daughter as she has begun to step into the spotlight.
“She’s incredibly talented as a photographer and as a model herself and I do see her directing me one day,” the 52-year-old actor commented.
Christian Bale Commended His Daughter Luka For Having ‘Incredible Visions’
Christian heaped praise on his 21-year-old daughter for having creative talents.
“She’s got an amazing mind. An amazing creative brain and incredible visions et cetera. I’m so bloody proud of her,” the actor added.
The Dark Knight Rises star went on and admitted that he is more likely to “behave” better while working on his daughter’s set.
“I’d probably behave better for her than everybody else ever. I’m terrified,” Christian joked.
The Big Short actor also revealed that he is willing to bet that his daughter already understands how the industry works much better than he does.
“I’ve got no idea about it. I still don’t know how to do this. I still mess up all the time. She’s got a great head on her shoulders,” he explained.
What Does Christian Bale’s Daughter Luka Do
Luka has reportedly been exploring her own creative path in the world of fashion and photography.
She has already worked with Italian luxury fashion house Dolce & Gabbana and appeared in the brand’s prestigious Alta Moda shows.
Besides working in fashion, Luka has reportedly appeared in small roles in two movies, including 2019’s Ford v Ferrari and 2022’s Thor: Love and Thunder.

Christian and his wife, Sibi Blažić have been married since January 2000.
The couple shares two children, daughter Luka and a son, Joseph Bale.
Although the couple doesn’t often speak about their private lives in public, Christian said in a previous interview, “I’ve got incredible pride for my family.”
Speaking about how he wants to keep his family life private, the actor added, “I’ve absolutely fallen into that cliché of a dad who could just happily talk about my daughter endlessly, but it’s not what I’m about in terms of being an actor. I don’t want people to know about that.”
