Ingredients
- 3 cups of cubed watermelon
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of chocolate raspberry balsamic
- 3 drops of peppermint extract
Directions
- Combine the olive oil, chocolate raspberry balsamic, and peppermint extract in a bowl.
- Stir thoroughly.
- Add the cubed watermelon to the sauce mixture.
- Chill the watermelon salad for at least an hour.
- Serve cold.
