According to my calendar, autumn has arrived. With the new season comes new wreaths around my home. I have been absolutely obsessed with making wreaths for the past few months. I also love colorful Indian corn. After a recent trip to the Dollar Tree, I brought home some deco mesh and burlap ribbon in fall colors. I also bought some artificial Indian corn at a craft store and recently crafted myself a gorgeous orange wreath for fall.
Materials
- Willow wreath
- Orange deco mesh
- Orange burlap ribbon
- Orange pipe cleaners
- Artificial Indian corn
- Scissors
- Hot glue
Instructions
- Cut the pipe cleaners into 2-inch pieces.
- Form a loop at one end of the orange deco mesh roll.
- Secure the loop to the willow wreath with an orange pipe cleaner.
- Continue securing loops around the outside and inside edge of the wreath. Alternate between the outside and inside.
- Repeat with the orange burlap ribbon.
- Fluff up the loops.
- Use pipe cleaners and hot glue to decorate the wreath with the artificial Indian corn.
- Display the deco mesh and burlap ribbon Indian corn autumn wreath.
