I love with making wreaths for each holiday and season of the year for my home, family, and friends. In addition to the wreaths that I have already hung around my house, I have also been working on a couple of wreaths to donate to my local library annual wreath sale. I recently purchased some autumn-colored duct tape and ribbons that I used to make a simple but pretty autumn or Thanksgiving wreath. I finally added some leaves, acorns, and jewels for a little flair.
Materials
- Foam wreath
- Autumn duct tape
- Autumn leaves wire-edge ribbon
- Autumn ribbon
- Artificial leaves
- Artificial acorns
- Autumn-colored plastic jewels
- Scissors
- Hot glue
Instructions
- Wrap the duct tape around the foam wreath.
- Loosely wrap the wire-edge ribbon around the duct tape, securing the ribbon to the back of the wreath with hot glue.
- Tie a strand of ribbon around the top of the wreath and secure with hot glue.
- Attach the leaves, acorns, and jewels to the wreath with hot glue.
- Display the duct tape and ribbon autumn wreath craft.
