    Patriotic Rolled Paper Wreath Craft

    Patriotic Rolled Paper Wreath Craft

From Memorial Day at the end of May through Labor Day in September, I decorate my home with red, white, and blue. My daughter and I make quite a few patriot crafts this summer that I have displayed in my living room and hallway. To add to the patriotism, my daughter and I recently made some red, white, and blue rolled paper wreaths back during the days leading up to the Fourth of July.

    Materials

    Instructions

    1. Cut the red, white, and blue construction paper into 3-inch by 2-inch rectangles.
    2. Roll the rectangles into cones.
    3. Secure the cones with glue. (Use clips to hold the cones together while the glue dries.
    4. Use hot glue to glue the cones in a circle around the plastic lid.
    5. Cut a small circle from the white paper.
    6. Decorate the white circle with gold stars.
    7. Glue the circle in the center of the cone circle.
    8. Display the patriotic rolled paper wreath.
