Recently I have been serving my family more fish as a healthy source of lean protein. I had some frozen mahi-mahi in my freezer. Since my family likes sesame and teriyaki flavors, I created a delicious healthy meal that everyone loved. I served the marinated fish over rice noodles, but the fish dish would be tasty with rice or cauliflower rice too.

- 2 and 3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seed oil

- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 12 ounces of mahi-mahi
- 15 ounces of black beans
- 12 ounces of peas and carrots
- 3 teaspoons of cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
Directions

- Combine 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, sesame seed oil, sesame seeds, salt, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Marinade the diced mahi-mahi in the sauce.
- Chop the green onion.
- Add the green onion to the marinating mahi-mahi.
