Storyline

In this series premiere, Oggy Oggy discovers a magical weather-controlling device that allows him to change the conditions in his colorful kitten world. Excited by his newfound power, the enthusiastic young cat begins experimenting with sunshine, rain, wind, and snow, cycling through different weather patterns with playful abandon.
