Storyline

In this episode of Oggy Oggy, Prankster discovers a mischievous new trick: stealing the dreams of other cats while they sleep. As the cats in the neighborhood settle down for their naps and nighttime rest, Prankster sneaks around snatching away their pleasant dreams, leaving confusion and frustration in his wake.
