Torn Paper Valentine Craft

Receiving homemade valentines from my babies warms my heart. I also love making crafts with my kiddos. For Valentine’s Day this year, I helped my daughter make some simple but cute torn paper valentines. Both she and her baby brother loved tearing up the scrap construction paper.

Materials

Instructions

  1. Cut a large heart from a full sheet of construction paper.
  2. Tear other colors of construction paper into small pieces.
  3. Glue the torn paper pieces all over the large heart.
  4. Allow the glue to dry thoroughly.
  5. Give the torn paper valentine to a loved one.

Note: My husband bought me a laminator for Christmas, and I opted to laminate our torn paper valentines so that I could play around with my new toy.
