I is for ice cream! Make a fun ice cream cone craft to help your preschooler learn about the letter Ii using paper plates, paint, construction paper, and pompoms.
Materials
- White paper plates
- Brown construction paper
- Ice cream colored paint
- Brown marker
- Red pompoms
- Scissors
- Glue
Instructions
- Cut a wiggly edge on the bottom of a paper plate.
- Paint the top of cut paper plate an ice cream color.
- Cut the brown construction paper into a large triangular cone shape.
- Draw a crisscross pattern on the triangle with the brown marker.
- Glue the cone on the back of the painted paper plate.
- Glue a red pompom on the top of the ice cream cone.
- Display the I Is for Ice Cream paper plate craft.
