I is for ice cream! Make a fun ice cream cone craft to help your preschooler learn about the letter Ii using paper plates, paint, construction paper, and pompoms.

Materials

• White paper plates
• Brown construction paper
• Ice cream colored paint
• Brown marker
• Red pompoms
• Scissors
• Glue

Instructions

1. Cut a wiggly edge on the bottom of a paper plate.
2. Paint the top of cut paper plate an ice cream color.
3. Cut the brown construction paper into a large triangular cone shape.
4. Draw a crisscross pattern on the triangle with the brown marker.
5. Glue the cone on the back of the painted paper plate.
6. Glue a red pompom on the top of the ice cream cone.
7. Display the I Is for Ice Cream paper plate craft.
