P is for pizza! Make a fun pizza craft to help your preschooler learn about the letter Pp using paper plates, paint, and construction paper.
Materials
- White paper plates
- Brown paint
- Construction paper
- Scissors
- Glue
Instructions
- Paint the edge of the paper plate with the brown paint.
- Cut red, orange, and yellow construction paper into small squares.
- Glue the red squares on the center of the plate to make the sauce.
- Glue the orange and yellow squares on the sauce to make the cheese.
- Cut pizza topping shapes from other colors of construction paper. Examples include pink circles for pepperoni, brown round shapes for sausage, black circles for black olives, and green and red crescents for peppers.
- Display the P Is for Pizza paper plate craft.
